Summary: The staff and room were nice… However, the stay was just ok. Nothing to write home about. I requested 3 robes for the room and there were only 2. Not a big deal, but my husband I were taking our daughter for her 4th birthday and doing a “spa” night for her. I explained this on the preference sheet. This is not my first stay here. Additionally, I work in hospitality (at Notre Dame, but not for Notre Dame), so I know what level to expect. I know what can be done for guests. I also know what is done for “special guests”. We are not anyone special but it’s disappointing to have a simple request ignored… especially working in hospitality and I know how simple it is to make a guest’s day. Overall, not left with a great impression.

Summary: We felt like we were staying at a dorm on campus. My daughter was playing soccer against Notre Dame. She thought it would be fun to stay on campus. Tons of college kids in the shared spaces making the paying customer second to them. Also I he lady that worked the front desk was incredibly rude. I understand that they are full of pride but so are other teams and their families. Will not be coming back to the college or the hotel. Should have asked for a refund. Very uncomfortable.

Summary: This is a wonderful property. The service was outstanding and the staff was so proud of Notre Dame. The restaurant and the coffee shop were classy with good service, beautiful decor and delicious food/beverages. The location is too notch and parking onsite was easy and worth the money.
